Congratulations on your new venture Anurag. I have been following your blog closely though i am commenting on it for the first time. I have met or spoken to the major players in the online advertising world in India.
I agree that online advertising analytics is an emerging science and it would have a tremendous potential in india where the markets are nascent.

I am an investor in DGM living in the UK. I am happy to see you on board. Having read your profile my first question is; how long do you plan to stay? My second question is; how did you get involved? Did DGM approach you or vice-versa.
Also there are 2 excellent clips on Youtube on DGM. A link on the DGM-INDIA site would be a good idea.

Affiliate programs are interesting and in general it has been that 20% of your affiliates will generate about 80% of your revenue.
However my main concern is that there are very few sites that generate enough users to make this successful. Is that true? Maybe you guys have a better idea of India online media scenario. My travel portal , www.IdiscoverIndia.com has been launched just last week and till now most of the people who have approached me is for an affiliate kind of relationship, BTW that includes DGM.
However all the best, affiliate programs was the first job I had in USA back in 1999 and all I can say is it took some time to establish and later most of the clients brought it in house....
Ofcourse things might have change considerably since then ....I am not exactly in loop for things in Affiliate Programs...
